My wife and I have been using Ambassador Travel -- specifically, Executive V-P Bob Thompson -- for over ten years. Bob is always our go-tour organizer and advisor, save for the the trips we book (one so far) with an operator that does not work with travel agents (e.g., Road Scholar). Bob has been consistently patient, knowledgeable and helpful and we're certain that some of our arrangements, such as international air travel, would not have been achieved if we'd done it on our own, in part because he has access to on-line resources that nonprofessionals don't. And having a knowledgeable pro helping with the back-and-forth tasks of working out the details of a package trip is priceless. I marvel at his steady good cheer.

I have used ambassador travel several times for trips to punta Cana and Jamaica. Amy Wetzel goes above ensuring I get the best price and everything is set for my trip ... from transportation to and from airport, E ticket to enter country to any questions I have. she even arranged my daughters 2 week honeymoon in Croatia with excursions every day. went without a hitch and they had a wonderful trip.

I have been using ambassador travel for several years. Mr. Robert Thompson is our contact. He has done an outstanding job of connecting us with superior drivers, tour guides, arrangements all over the world. We have done a number of trips through Europe, South America, and most recently Africa with Mr. Thompson. He has been so pleasant to work with and so professional and so informative, and I cannot say enough about him. He has made our trips very easy, very fun and very carefree and risk-free. The latter of which has been so important to us is that we feel safe in foreign countries with the people he has provided us to travel with in these countries. His knowledge of foreign countries (and I believe he traveled to 60 or 70 countries) has been very helpful to us making decisions of where to go and went to go. most recently we traveled to Morocco with very smooth, travel plans, excellent service and no hassles. He took care of everything for us. When we leave Pittsburgh, we have no worries until we are back home. What more can you ask for.? I trust him implicitly.
