These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with your booking confirmation email (the “Booking Confirmation”), set out the legal terms on which Travel Services are made available to you. They also govern any interactions or communications you have with us.
Your use of our Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. To book a Travel Service, you must also accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our Service or book a Travel Service.
We may change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Service after changes are made is subject to your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

1. Rules and Restrictions
In addition to these Terms, your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Travel Provider, such as airline conditions of carriage, hotel or cruise line terms, or car rental agreements (collectively, the “Rules and Restrictions”).
We act solely as an agent. To complete a booking, you must accept the Rules and Restrictions of the Travel Provider you select, including payment terms, refund policies, penalties, availability limitations, and usage restrictions. These Rules and Restrictions are provided before booking and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you violate a Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions:

Your booking may be canceled.

You may be denied access to the Travel Service.

You may lose any amounts paid.

We or the Travel Provider may charge your account for any costs incurred as a result of the violation.
2. Using Our Service
We provide our Service to help you find information about Travel Services and assist with booking them. You agree that:

You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

You will use our Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.

All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
If you book on behalf of others, you agree that:

You have their authorization to act on their behalf.

You will inform them of all applicable terms, including the Rules and Restrictions, and ensure they agree.

You are responsible for payment, changes, cancellations, and all other booking-related matters.
You also agree not to:

Make false or fraudulent bookings.

Circumvent robot exclusion headers or access controls.

Deep-link to, frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of our Service into another website.
Access:
We may deny access to our Service at any time for any valid reason and may modify or improve our Service at any time.
Redirection and Third-Party Booking Services:
If you are redirected to a third-party booking service, any booking made will be with that third party, not with us. We are not responsible for third-party bookings or their terms, content, or liability.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
3. Confirming a Booking
Your Booking Confirmation includes essential details such as the Travel Services booked and the price.
We will send your Booking Confirmation and relevant travel documents to the email address provided at booking. If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us(opens in a new tab).
Price:

Prices are as displayed at the time of booking, except in cases of obvious error.

Prices are dynamic and may change at any time.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
If an obvious pricing error occurs after booking, we may:

Offer you the option to pay the correct price, or

Cancel the booking without penalty.
We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices where the error should reasonably have been apparent.
Local Taxes and Resort Fees:
Displayed prices may exclude local or tourist taxes and resort fees, which may need to be paid directly to the Travel Provider.
Payment Processing:
Payment may be processed by us, the Travel Provider, or both. Multiple payments may apply, but total charges will not exceed the total booking price.
Bank and Currency Fees:
Some banks or card issuers charge international transaction or currency conversion fees. We are not responsible for such fees or exchange rate variations.
Currency Conversion:
Displayed conversion rates are estimates based on public sources and may vary. We do not guarantee their accuracy.
Alternative Payment Methods:
We may offer alternative payment methods through third-party providers. We do not endorse these providers and are not responsible for their services or content.
Fraud:
If we detect fraud or suspicious activity, we may:

Request additional information.

Cancel bookings.

Close accounts.

Take legal action if necessary.
Cancellation or Change by You:
Cancellations or changes must be requested through us and are subject to the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions. Fees may apply.
Please note:

Prices for new arrangements may differ.

Some bookings are non-changeable or non-refundable.

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable Rules and Restrictions.
We may charge an administration fee for handling changes or cancellations, which will be disclosed before proceeding.
Other Cancellations or Changes:
We or the Travel Provider may cancel a booking if payment is not received when due. If a booking is canceled due to circumstances such as overbooking or closure, we will offer alternatives or a refund where possible.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method by the party that processed the payment. Our service fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. International Travel
Travel Risks:
Some destinations involve higher risks. You must review government travel advisories before and during your trip.
Health:
You are responsible for meeting health entry requirements, obtaining required vaccinations or medications, and following medical advice.
Passport and Visa:
You must ensure you have valid travel documents. We are not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.
Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included unless stated. You are strongly advised to obtain appropriate coverage.
7. Liability
We provide the Service as an agent. Travel Providers are responsible for delivering Travel Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Acts, errors, or omissions of Travel Providers.

Personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses arising from Travel Services.

Inaccuracies in information supplied by Travel Providers.
All information and Travel Services are provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

The amount paid for the Travel Services, or

$100 USD.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of our Service, except where caused by our actions.

9. Disputes and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
We use a two-step dispute resolution process:

Informal investigation and negotiation.

Binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You and we retain the right to pursue claims in small claims court.
Arbitration Agreement:
All disputes arising from these Terms, our Service, or Travel Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, not court, except for eligible small claims.
No Class Actions:
All claims must be brought individually. Class or representative actions are not permitted.
Governing Law:
Arbitration is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Pre-Arbitration Requirement:
You must send a written Notice of Dispute by certified mail to our Office and allow 60 days for resolution before initiating arbitration.
Arbitrator’s Decision:
The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding and may grant relief only on an individual basis.
Severability:
If any part of this section is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Governing Law: Federal Arbitration Act and Pennsylvania law.

Failure to Enforce: No waiver of future enforcement.
